The Cabot Wollastonite White Pigments Division plant was owned by the Cabot Carbon Company, and mined wollastonite ore, which was ground and made into white pigment. A man stands in front of the plant and railroad tracks that run directly alongside the plant. Engine #4013 was owned by the Delaware & Hudson Railway.
