An auction for the H.L. Neverett & Sons Livestock Commission in Chazy
A livestock auction at the Neverett farm. The man holding the cane behind the cows is Harry Neverett, the founder of H.L. Neverett & Sons Livestock Commission. To the right of him in the jumpsuit is his eldest son, Robert Neverett. In the top right in the booth is the auctioneer, auctioning off cattle, and one of the other men in the booth is the bookkeeper, keeping track of purchases. 1946. Chazy, NY.
