Carl W. Tracy, Local and Long Distance Trucking in West Stockholm in the 1930s

Harold Champney hauling timber for Carl Tracy’s trucking company in Colton

Carl Tracy was a farmer in West Stockholm, but ran a trucking business on the side to make ends meet, moving materials around the North Country. He was often accompanied by his son Warren Tracy, and had several ‘hired hands’ to help with the trucking.

All photos donated by Darren Tracy, Carl’s grandson.
