Jacquiline Touba on founding the World Awareness Childrens Museum in Glens Falls
Jacquiline Touba has lived in Glens Falls for a combined 40 years. As a PhD Sociologist, she spent 13 years of her life teaching and researching in the middle east and traveling throughout the world. When she returned to Glens Falls, she wanted to create a space where children could learn about the world outside of the Glens Falls region, so she founded the World Awareness Childrens Museum. The museum was designed to be as interactive as possible, so children could let their imaginations run wild.
